Campaign and Standard experiment differences

There are mainly two types of experiments; Standard Server-Side Experiment and Experiment via Campaigns Module inside Teepee. Table below shows the differences.

Standard experiment can affect any page while Campaign experiment usually changes widgets on Homepage, Product List Page and Landing pages.

Standard expeirment would require dev effort while Campaign does not.

With either of them, there would be no impact on site performance.

Both types can be integrated with ContentSquare/GA.

Data tracking take place both backend and frontend for both types.

Note: If your experiment can be done via campaign type, it is encouraged to use that since it does not require code changes and can be implemeneted quicker.
